NBZHR-80

NBZHR-80, together with the Charter of the service on vessels of the fleet of the fishing industry of the USSR, the Regulation on the technical operation of the fleet of the fishing industry of the USSR and safety regulations for vessels fishing fleet of the USSR defines organizational and technical measures to prevent accidents as well as the training and actions of the crew in the struggle for ship survivability in the event of an accident while swimming in normal conditions. In the context of the special regime of navigation must take into account the additional requirements of special instructions, guidelines and manuals for the civil courts.
