Points 1 and 2 move along the x and y axes (Fig. 1). At the moment t = 0, point 1 is at a distance s1 = 10 cm, and point 2 is at a distance s2 = 5 cm from the origin. The first point moves with a speed v1 = 2 cm/sec, and the second – with a speed v2 = 4 cm/sec. Will they meet?
