Please be advised it doesn´t matter if your account country is set to USA, As of January 2022 Google has implied rules that if you don´t live in the USA thus your account is not being used from USA you won´t be able to redeem any USA Google gift cards. As using USA account from any other country will lock your account and you won´t be able to use any USA redeem card on the same account.
