    1 - Create a Sony Entertainment Network account at ru.playstation.com/registration
    2 - Log in to the PlayStation®Store on your console or website.
    3 - Select "Redeem codes" (on PS Vita, first click the "Options" icon at the bottom of the screen).
    4 - Enter 12 digits of the promo code and click "Continue"
    5 - Then follow the on-screen instructions to pay off your promotional code.
