Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is the continuation of the game, in 2011 and 2013. winner of the Multiplayer Game of the Year nomination by PC Gamer magazine. Publishes Tripwire Interactive and is developed by Antimatter Games, the same team behind the excellent asymmetrical gameplay of the first Rising Storm.

For the first time, the series before the brutality of real-world first-person games Red Orchestra with historical weapons touches the time of automatic rifles, portable grenade launchers and more modern weapon systems. Rising Storm 2: Vietnam puts players in the brutal, close to historical combat of the Vietnam War.

Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is intense tactical battles between US and Vietnamese forces for up to 64 players. Each side has its own abilities and tactical advantages: napalm strike, artillery strike, surface-to-air missiles, traps, ambushes, etc.

There are many historical weapons in the game, including the M16, M14, M60, M79 and M3 "Grease Gun" - from the Americans; assault rifle "Type 56" (Chinese copy of the famous AK-47), RPG-7, MAT-49, Simonov self-loading carbine and many others - at the Viet Cong.

The game´s weapons have a wide range of functionalities, including an adjustable magazine, attachable bayonets, and an advanced recoil system based on the weapon handling mechanism that the Red Orchestra series is famous for.
