При активации игры из-за собственной невнимательности, а также по причине программной ошибки, добавил ее к себе в библиотеку вместо инвентаря (а покупал в подарок).
Вопреки обычной практике, которая действует на подобных сервисах, продавец не только дал рекомендации по решению проблемы, но и помог с ее устранением.
